I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. I ordered a Rixo dress over a Christmas which I then returned but after 14 days so they wouldn't issue a refund. They then stopped stocking this brand and I struggled to find anything that I wanted to spend £315 on. One of the reasons is that individual items have high shipping fees that I was not prepared to pay. 2 years on and even during the pandemic they are still unhappy to issue a refund and now I've just given up on getting the remaining money back- I've told them just to keep it. I'm done with this company now. I buy all my clothes online and the customer service from Wolf and Badger is appalling. Stay away.

Don't.
- They take your funds THEN work to fill as they make deals with suppliers on consignment.
Late or no delivery, poor quality and lousy customer service.
Five stars so can pass their bots and be helpful to 2021 buyers!

They sent me the wrong item and no refund I would never trust them.
1. They impose a monthly fee of $350 for listing, giving the false impression that you've been chosen as one of the select few. However, you soon realize that you are just one among thousands who pay a monthly fee to sell there, and your items go unnoticed amidst the overwhelming number of pieces available.
2. They fail to fulfill their contractual obligation of including your brand in the newsletter or instagram.
3. They automatically charge your credit card for the following month without your consent.
Whenever you add an item to their listing, they automatically increase the price by nearly 50% to extract higher fees, which were not specified in the contract. Consequently, your product becomes excessively expensive, making it unlikely to sell.
4. I strongly advise all small designers to request a refund if the platform fails to fulfill its contractual obligations.
****Avoid purchasing from this platform and supporting such business practices. Instead, consider directly contacting suppliers yourself****


Whilst the service & delivery was without fault, I was a little disappointed with my purchase as the design on the printed paper was bigger than I expected and as a consequence, some of the detail was lost.

I ordered 2 pairs of the fluffy slippers with the broach online... CREAM FLUFFY SLIPPERS WITH LUXE GIRAFFE BROOCH (L) and DREAMY NAVY FLUFFY SLIPPERS WITH PLATINUM PANTHER BROOCH (L). I wear a Euro 39 and US 8.5 and the large was the right fit. I love the look and quality of them. Arrived on time and in great condition. Nice packaging. Highly recommend.


Love my new slippers but the pins won’t stay on. I don’t want to return them, I want to wear them with the pins. No real solution.

I didn’t received my purchase! I didn’t received an answer to my cancellation of my order due to nit receiving my purchase for over two weeks..... the worse online shopping experience ever!

I had to return my item due to sizing which is a shame as it was beautiful. Two problems, one I do not have a printer and 2 I couldn't find a a DHL recipient, thankfully your team arranged a pick up for me, I wasn't sure when looking if I would have had to pay for that. Also the return labels were confusing having two diferent looking labels with he return address I wasn't sure which one to put on the packet and if I should have put the other inside, I'm not sure if I've done it correctly,

The brand only sent the item after I contacted W&B to advise I hadn’t received anything. Then a couple of weeks later I received an email to advise that the item had been returned and that I had received a partial refund (minus postage!) I had never received the item at all! In fairness to W&B, they immediately refunded the P&P once I alerted them to the mistake but overall it has been a very offputting experience. It is my belief that the brand sold out of the item but still allowed people to purchase it. I would be reluctant to use the site again if this type of brand behaviour is allowed.
